Aditya Solar to Build Solar Plant in UAE

UAE - Aditya Solar Power Industries based in Bangalore, India is to develop a 200MW solar thermal project in the UAE.

Mulk Renewable Energy, a subsidiary of UAE-based Mulk Holding, will supply and install solar thermal power plants for Aditya Solar in a deal valued at 2 billion dirhams ($545 million), according to a report in the Economic Times. of India.

According to the agreement, Mulk Renewable Energy will create a joint venture with Aditya Solar to develop the project.

The first phase of teh project - a 40MW plant will be completed by 2012 and the whole project will be completed by 2013.
